Full Journal pdf2007-05-11 House Journal Page 1275 HJR 21 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10, 2007, calendar (page 1245), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21(RES) Opposing the designation of any area in the state as a world heritage site, biosphere reserve, or any other type of international designation without the consent of the Alaska State Legislature and affected local governments; and urging the United States Congress to enact legislation to require congressional approval before an area in the United States may be considered for an international designation. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 21(RES) pass the House?"
